Chickpea & Avocado Flatbread
- Place the flatbread on a grilling pan for about 2-3 minutes.
- Spread flatbread with ricotta cheese.
- Put the flatbread on a plate.
- Add the avocado, chickpeas and spinach.
- Drizzle the flatbread with a little olive oil and serve.

- 3 tbs ricotta cheese or similar cheese
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and sliced
- A few fresh spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup chickpeas
- Olive oil
