- Put the caster sugar in a pan over a medium heat.
- Pour in water and stir; bring to a boil.
- Turn off the heat and allow to cool.
- In a cocktail shaker packed with ice, add 1 tablespoon sugar syrup, vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso coffee.
- Shake to combine.
- Pour into chilled martini glasses.
- Garnish each one with coffee beans and serve.
