- In a large bowl, mash together the avocados and lime juice.
- Add salt, cumin, cayenne pepper, 2 drops tabasco (optional) and mash.
- Fold in the tomatoes.
- Refrigerate or serve immediately with tortilla chips.
- 3 ripe avocados, halved, seeded, peeled
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 large lime, juiced
- 1/2 teapsoon salt
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Tabasco (optional)
