Acai Bowl

Method

  1. Break the frozen acai up into large chunks. 
  2. Blend frozen acai chunks with half a banana, 1/4 raspberries and the honey.
  3. Blend until smooth. 
  4. Then pour into a bowl. 
  5. Slice the remaining 1/2 banana. 
  6. Top the bowl with banana, remaining raspberries, coconut flakes and goji berries.

  • 1 packet frozen acai berry puree
  • 1 banana, frozen and peeled 
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons goji berries
  • 1 tablespoon cononut flakes
