Chickpea & Avocado Flatbread

Method

  1. Place the flatbread on a grilling pan for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Spread flatbread with ricotta cheese. 
  3. Put the flatbread on a plate. 
  4. Add the avocado, chickpeas and spinach.
  5. Drizzle the flatbread with a little olive oil and serve.

  • 1 flatbread
  • 3 tbs ricotta cheese or similar cheese
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled and sliced 
  • A few fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup chickpeas 
  • Olive oil
