Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until well combined. 
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the batter until about ¼” thick.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.

  • 1 cup yucca root, peeled, chopped and boiled 
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 1/4 flax seeds 
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil 
  • 1 egg
