Method

  1. Blend (in the order) water, mango (or banana), spinach and kale in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.

  • 3 cups mango (or banana), frozen and sliced
  • 2 cups kalen, chopped
  • 3 cups water
