Healthy Blueberry Smoothie

Method

  1. Blend blueberries, yogurt, sugar, orange juice, cinnamon and vanilla extract together in a blender 
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth, add ice and blend 1 minute more 
  3. Pour the mixture into glasses and serve immediately.

  • 2 cups blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt 
  • 1/2 cup orange juice 
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • Pinch ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Ice cubes
