Scrambled Eggs

Method

  1. In a large bowl, crack the eggs and beat them until blended. 
  2. Season with salt and pepper. 
  3. Add cream and beat well. 
  4. In a saucepan, heat butter and let it melt.
  5. Pour in egg mixture, reduce heat to low. 
  6. Let the eggs cook for up to a minute; then stir and fold them.
  7. Cook until eggs are thickened, but not dry. 
  8. Serve immediately.

  • 4 eggs 
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 1 knob of butter 
  • Pinch of salt 
  • Pinch of groung pepper
