Cranberry Sauce

Method

  1. In a medium saucepan over high heat, dissolve the sugar in the water.
  2. Rinse and discard any damaged cranberries.
  3. Stir in the cranberries and cook until they burst (about 10 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Place sauce in a bowl and let cool.

  • 1 cup (200g) withe sugar
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
