Guacamole

Method

  1. In a large bowl, mash together the avocados and lime juice.
  2. Add salt, cumin, cayenne pepper, 2 drops tabasco (optional) and mash. 
  3. Fold in the tomatoes. 
  4. Refrigerate or serve immediately with tortilla chips.

  • 3 ripe avocados, halved, seeded, peeled
  • 2 tomatoes, diced 
  • 1 large lime, juiced
  • 1/2 teapsoon salt
  • 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Tabasco (optional)
  • Tortilla chips, to serve
